Andrea Helen Thomas Choate

Andrea Helen Thomas Choate, 52 of Lebanon Ohio, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was born November 10, 1970 in Maysville, Kentucky to the late Scotty Florence and Helen Florence.

Andrea enjoyed traveling, riding four wheelers and motorcycles, loved the outdoors while spending time with her dog Tipsy.

In addition to her parents, was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Choate and one daughter, Amber Choate.

Survivors include two sons, Joshua Florence and wife Casey of Ewing, Kentucky, and Brandon Florence and wife Tanya of Chalmaette, Louisiana. One half brother, Michael Lewis of Manchester Ohio. Five grandchildren, Keagan Florence; Ameila Florence; Jonah Florence; Braylee Florence; and Landyn Florence.

A memorial service will be conducted 6:00 P.M. Friday, May 5, 2023 in the chapel of the Price Brothers Funeral Home with Brother David Hickerson officiating.

Visitaiton will be after 5:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
