Anna Lee Workman, 83 of Cowan, Kentucky passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Hospice of Hope at Kenton Pointe in Maysville, Kentucky after suffering a stroke. Anna Lee was born March 11, 1934 in Fleming County, Kentucky to the late Jess and Ina Purcell Workman. She was a Christian and attended the Pleasant Valley First Church of God in Nicholas County and was a member of the Fleming County Senior Citizens Club.
She is survived by her caregivers, her nieces; Delana Workman and Melissa Workman, nephew Daryl Workman, sister-in-law, Shirley Workman and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Anna Lee was preceded in death by her brothers; John Workman, Lucian workman, Bill Hughes, and Reuben Workman. One sister, Ada King and one sister-in-law, Betty Workman. Also, a nephew, Avery Workman.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville with Rev. Jackie Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Elizaville Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville, Kentucky.
