Known to most as "Aunt Dee", she is survived by her beloved nieces and nephews. She adored her many great- and even great-great-nieces and nephews, and never missed a birthday.

Cordelia graduated from Fleming County High School in 1943, then moved to Ohio to pursue further education at the Portsmouth Interstate Business College. She enjoyed working and retired from American Electric Power Company after 43 years of service. She was a member of the Southern Ohio Chapter of AEP Veterans Employees and Retirees Association. While living in Wheelersburg, Ohio, Cordelia was an active member of the First Church of Christ where she served as church treasurer for many years. A true dog person, she loved and cared for several dogs in her lifetime. Cordelia was also a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for many years. Her last two and a half years were spent back in Fleming County, KY, where she was cared for by several wonderful friends and neighbors and attended the Nepton United Methodist Church.
