Jackie L. Campbell

Jackie L. Campbell, 76 of Tea Run Road, Ewing, Kentucky passed away Saturday April 6, 2024 at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead, Kentucky. 

He was born June 25, 1947 in Fleming County, Kentucky to the late Luther Campbell and Beulah Hunt Campbell.

Jackie enjoyed woodworking, doing construction work, working on the farm with his tobacco and cattle, but most of all Jackie enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

He was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Christian Church in Cowan.

In addition to his parents, Jackie was preceded in death by one brother, Ricky Campbell.

Survivors include his wife Barbara Carpenter Campbell whom he married October 12, 1990; one step daughter, Crystal Gail Gray (Derek Isaacs) of Nicholas County, Kentucky; two sisters, Linda Blankenship of Paris, Kentucky and Pearl Campbell of Carlisle, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Robert Mason (Shelby) and Andrew Gray; two great grandsons which were his pride and joy; Dawson Wayne Mason, and Colton Layne Mason; one great- granddaughter BriLynn Simms; two nephews, Mike Blankenship (Crystal) and Jeff Blankenship; several wonderful nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday April 9, 2024, in the chapel of the Price Brothers Funeral Home with Brother Rodney Pollitt officiating. 

Jackie will be laid to rest in the Sunnyside Cemetery at Mt. Tabor.

Visitation will be held Monday evening April 8, 2024, from 5 P.M. till 8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Casket bearers will be Robert Mason, Andrew Gray, Hunter Carpenter, Jeff Blankenship, Mike Blankenship, and Derek Isaacs.

Honorary casket bearers will be Vernon Barton, Jerry Kissick, Gary Harmon, Nick Brewer, and Mike Ravencraft.
