Mrs. Jane Frederick Money Osborn, 94, of Ewing, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the Robertson County Health Care Facility in Mt. Olivet, Kentucky.
She was born on November 22, 1924 in Ewing, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Grover C. and Edna Sidell Frederick.
Jane was a member of the Ewing Christian Church and she was a former member of the Ewing Women’s Club. She was a Kentucky Colonel and a former recipient of the Fleming County Democratic Party’s Rooster Booster Award.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Howard Money, her second husband, William David Osborn, two brothers, Donald Frederick and Edward (“Bodie”) Frederick and her sister, Evelyn Long.
Survivors include her four sons, Terry (Charlotte Price) Money of Lexington, Bobby Money of Flemingsburg and Ray Money and Grover Money both of Ewing, her step-daughter, Mary Beth Osborn (Mike) Durko of Clayton, North Carolina, her grandchildren, Bobby Ray (Angela) Money of Morehead, Amy (Timmy) Saunders of Ewing, Melissa Money Irish of Germantown, Sam (Alison) Money of Independence and Jenny Durko of Clayton, North Carolina, her great-grandchildren, Brady and Cole Saunders, Peyton and Jase Money, Maddie and Ava Irish and Hayden and Jonah Hudson and one brother, G. C. (Connie) Frederick of Madison, Ohio.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 2, 2019 in the chapel of the Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville with Rev. Larry Ingram officiating.
Burial will follow in the Elizaville Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Hospice of Hope in Maysville or the Ewing Christian Church.
