Kathryn Michelle Foster Davis

Kathryn Michelle Foster Davis, 64, of Bethel Ridge Road, Sharpsburg, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Pioneer Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation in Flemingsburg, Kentucky.

She was born July 6, 1961 in Detroit Michigan, a daughter of the late Charlis Foster and Betty Crase Hughes.

Kathryn worked as a CNA for many years at Cardinal Hill and Pioneer Trace, she was also a private caregiver to many. She enjoyed sewing, gardening her flowers and vegetables, canning, reading, and going to yard sales. 

She was a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Fairview, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Kimberly Foster.

Survivors include, her husband, Jerry Davis, whom she married June 26, 1986; three daughters, Jaclynn Kaye Johnson (Josh Walker) of Morehead, Kentucky, Jessica Michelle Cascio (Steve) of Maysville, Kentucky, and Justa Marie Thomas (Robert) of Ewing, Kentucky; two sisters, Sherry Foster of Walton, Kentucky and Sheila Zwolen (James Denny) of Flemingsburg; five grandchildren, Harlen Davis (Nichole Connell), Hannah Lincoln, Nicholas Johnson, Lindsey Casico Woods (Ryan), and Carson Thomas; six great grandchildren, Aubree Catching, Emerie Catching, Liem Davis, Jaxysten Davis, Kora Davis, and Leila O'Neill, several other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 6184 Ewing Road, Ewing, Kentucky 41039 with Brother Matt Watson and Brother Todd Wiley officiating.

Visitation will be after 4:00 P.M. until the hour of service at the church. 

Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of Hope.
