Bonnie Lou Burton, 55 of Ewing, Kentucky passed away Sunday evening at the Hospice of Hope Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville, Kentucky. She was born in Maysville on August 26, 1965 to the late Robert and Christine Hunt Workman.
Bonnie had worked as a waitress and had attended both Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and Nepton Methodist Church. She enjoyed going to flea markets, flowers, cooking, baking, fishing and going shopping with her sisters.
Besides her parents and other family members she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Workman.
Survivors include her husband Charles Michael Burton whom she married on March 11, 1989. One brother, Robert (Kathy) Workman of Ewing, Kentucky. Two sisters; Christina Workman Hollar and Melissa (James) Vonderbrink all of Flemingsburg. Three nephews; Nick (Cassidy) Vonderbrink, Alex Vonderbrink and Tyler Vonderbrink. Also, several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Thursday, May 6, 2021 in the chapel of the Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville, Kentucky with Pastor Mitchell Farthing officiating. Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery in Mason County.
Visitation at the Price Brothers Funeral Home is after 11:00 am Thursday.
Serving as pall bearers will be Nick Vonderbrink, Alex Vonderbrink, Tyler Vonderbrink, Connor Sparks, Jeff Workman and Larry Workman.
