Stella Allison

Mrs. Stella Mae Francis Ross Allison, 99 of Carlisle, Kentucky formerly of Fairview, Kentucky passed Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Johnson-Mathers Nursing Home in Carlisle after a brief illness. She was born June 9, 1922 in Fleming County, Kentucky to the late George and Bertha Francis.

Mrs. Allison was a homemaker and farmer. She enjoyed flowers, raising a garden and was known to be a  good cook.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Ross and her second husband, Elmer B. Allison. One son, June Davis Ross and stepson, Elmer Allison, Jr.

Survivors include three grandsons, Jerry Ross and his wife Terri of Carlisle. Terry Wayne Ross and Billy Ross and his wife Cindy all of Cynthiana, Kentucky. Three great-grandchildren, Preston Northcutt, Caleb Ross and Kayleigh Ross. One step-son, Harry Allison and his wife Shirley of Germantown, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in the chapel of the Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville, Kentucky with Rev. Greg Grimes officiating.

Visitation at the funeral home is after 12 Noon Tuesday.

Burial will follow in the Elizaville Cemetery.

Pall Bearers will be Jerry Ross, Terry Ross,  Billy Ross, Charlie Tumey, Stanley Tumey and Freddie Gore.
