Our Staff

Mike is a native of Fleming County, Kentucky and is married to Lisa Marshall Gray. They have two daughters, Sarah Jane and Rayann. 

He is a member and past President of the Morehead Lions Club, Bath Masonic Lodge, Morehead Masonic Lodge, and Oleika Temple Shrine. 

An avid pilot, Mike is a member of the Morehead-Rowan County Airport Board. 

He and his family attend the Owingsville First Church of God.

Lisa is a native of Fleming County, Kentucky and is married to Mike Gray. They have two daughters Sarah Jane and Rayann. Along with her duties at the funeral home, she is employed by the Whitaker Bank of Morehead.

David is a native of Fleming County, Kentucky a graduate of Fleming County High School. He is the son of David and Rita Abner of Ewing. David completed his funeral director appreticeship under Mike Gray and became a licensed funeral director in June 2025. He is also a member of the Fleming County Rotary Club, The Kenton County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 20, and A Fleming County Chamber of Commerce Director.
